Yes — 100%. All MaveriQ operations roles are fully remote. There are no office requirements, ever. You work from your home, co-working space, or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Not necessarily. We value organization, reliability, and communication above all. We have structured training to bring you up to speed. What matters most is your mindset and willingness to own your role.
We're flexible and support async work. Most collaboration happens during core hours in your local time zone (USA or Europe). We'll align your schedule with your assigned product team during onboarding.
Compensation is discussed during the interview phase and depends on your role, experience, and country. We offer competitive base pay plus performance bonuses. All payments are made in USD or EUR via international transfer.
Our structured onboarding runs 4 weeks: 1 week of orientation, 1 week of tool training, 1 week of shadowing a senior team member, and 1 week of supervised independent work before going fully live.
Absolutely — that's the expectation. We promote from within by default. Consistent performers move through our career path to Lead, Manager, and Head of Operations roles. We track your progress quarterly.
